First Phase

• Registration of interested teams/individuals in the INFOMATRIX database
  • International Participants: October 15th, 2008 - January 30th, 2009
  • National Participants (Romania): October 15th, 2008 - March 6th, 2009
• Uploading of the projects on ftp server:
  • International Participants: November 27th, 2008 - January 30th, 2009
  • National Participants (Romania): November 27th, 2008 - March 6th, 2009

Second Phase

• Assessment of the projects by a jury of experts for the final phase. Please check the criteria of the second phase! For the foreign teams: starting with January 5th, 2009 you can ask that your project to be verified before January 30th, 2009 in order to get visa (check regulation page for details).
• Announcing the projects that are qualified for the final phase and inviting the candidates to Bucharest:
  • International Participants:  February 5th, 2009
  • National Participants (Romanya): March 12th, 2009
